You can book birthday parties using our online booking system, over the phone, or by visiting our centers. It’s recommended to book at least one month in advance to secure your preferred date and time. A $100 deposit is required to finalize the booking, with the balance due on the day of the party. We are not able to reserve dates without a deposit.
Funtastik Labs caters to children ages 3 to 12 years old, providing a variety of fun and hands-on activities that are suitable and enjoyable for this age range during birthday parties.
You are welcome to bring balloons, table decorations and stand-up decorations.
We do not allow any wall decors that require making holes in the walls. The only wall decor that is allowed are light materials that can be stuck to the wall using the tape we provide. Damage to the walls will incur repair fees.
In addition to the setup time during the activities, for 1 or 2-attraction parties, you have the option to add additional setup time before the start of the party. For 3-attraction parties, an extra 30 minutes is included with the package at no extra charge. Please arrive 10 minutes before your start or setup time to check-in.
If you are not opting for the additional setup time, we recommend you and your guests arrive at least 10 minutes before your party start time so we can check you in and ensure everyone is there to start on time.
Yes, up-to two parents and guardians per kid are welcome to attend the party.
While party hosts and guests are welcome to bring and serve food and decor the room, third party vendors are not permitted without prior written authorization.
Yes. Since its the birthday kid’s special day, he/she gets to go to the slime bar and choose up-to 3 toppings for all the slimes.
With the exception of food delivery, no third-party vendors are allowed.
