BIRTHDAY PARTY DETAILS & FAQ

DO THE KIDS GET TO KEEP WHAT THEY MAKE?

Yes, the kids are welcome to take home what they make.

WHEN DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

At the time of booking, you pay a $100 deposit that goes towards your balance. At the end of the party, the Balance is due at the end of your party.

HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL KIDS?

At the time of booking, you select from one of our packages based on the number of kids and the experience that suits your needs. You can change packages up-to 5 days before your party by giving us a call.

A few days before your party, you’ll be receiving a reminder email with your party details. Along with some helpful information, we’ll ask you to call us to let us know if number of kids has changed significantly.

After your party is over, you’ll be charged for your package plus the actual number of additional people that participated in the activities. Assisting adults and non-participating kids are not counted.
