There are two ways to book a field trip:
Field trips are available for schools, daycare centers, camp programs, churches, and nonprofit organizations. A minimum charge applies based on 15 children.
Each attraction lasts approximately one hour.
No. As noted on the quote, your field trip is only considered booked once you receive a booking confirmation.
We accept credit cards, checks, and purchase orders. We do not accept cash for field trips.
Once your field trip is confirmed, you may send us any required documents for completion.
Yes. If your school or district has a contract with us, we can invoice for additional children after the field trip.
Each booking is subject to a minimum child count. If fewer children attend, we can adjust the invoice down to that minimum. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for payments made by check or electronic fund transfer.
Yes. Our field trips are instructor-led. We do however require the school or organization to provide at least 1 adult for every 10 children to help supervise and assist.
Yes. We offer discounts to Title I schools on 2- or 3-attraction field trips.
No. Our field trips are already offered at discounted group rates.
Invoices are sent after the field trip has been booked. If you have not received your invoice, please contact us.
We include 2 non-participating adults, teachers, or chaperones at no charge for every 10 children. For example, for a group of 102 children, up to 21 non-participating adults may attend at no charge. Additional non-participating adults are $10 each.
No. We provide additional time and space for lunch, but food is not included.
